We offer a no cost / no obligation initial consultation. We will come to your home or property and discuss your needs and concerns. After the meeting, we will formulate a plan designed to generate a successful and profitable estate sale for you.
Identify any items you wish to keep and remove them from the property, preferably away from the sale site. Leave the rest up to us!
We ask that you not start a donation process on your own. We find that people underestimate the value or significance of items and mistakenly discard, give away or donate something with value.
Depending on the size of the property, and other considerations, it usually takes about two weeks to completely prepare your property for an estate sale. Of course, sales on large properties and hoarder sales will take more time.
Our staff will sort, clean and organize the contents of your home, garage, any out buildings and yard. Everything will be priced. We track and research current fair market values and, when necessary, consult with specialists to determine appropriate pricing.
After your sale, we generally need one week to fully empty your property. You will have choices at the end of the sale for disposing of any unsold items.
